Visualization Overview
The CIP offers visualization services that can help researchers better understand the results of their data and computational simulations. The CIP visualization services at SDSC and NCSA were developed to meet the needs of its user communities, providing assistance, innovative tools and representative images to enable new insights and scientific advances.
Current Resources
NCSA and SDSC provide users with a variety of visualization software through the Cyber Infrastructure Partnership. Many of the applications are available at both sites. These applications support visualization of large-scale data, image manipulation, volume rendering and molecular viewing.
