Training at CyberInfrastructure Partnership

CI Training Opportunities

Effective use of the nation's cyberinfrastructure requires that researchers know how they can efficiently use these tools to further their research. NCSA and SDSC have pioneered in the development and delivery of instructional material for HPC and CI.

Through the Cyberinfrastructure Partnership, training experts at NCSA and SDSC are jointly coordinating a variety of training events on cyberinfrastructure targeted at the research community. The training offered will be delivered via live workshops, summer institutes, Access Grid seminars, webcasts, and online tutorials. Topics covered will include high performance computing, grid middleware, data mining, data storage, visualization, and collaborative portal technologies. For a listing of upcoming CIP training events, please see the Event Calendar. For a listing of online tutorials, see Web-based Tutorials and to view live and archived webcasts see CI Channel.
